By interacting with Adriata, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.
Respect and integrity
Respectful interaction: Treat all individuals with courtesy and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Honesty and transparency: Provide accurate and truthful information in all communications with Adriata and our Partner Schools. Misrepresentation or deceitful actions are prohibited.
Professionalism
Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, whether online or in person. This includes being punctual, prepared, and engaged.
Communication: Use clear, respectful, and constructive language in all communications. Address concerns or issues through appropriate channels.
Supportive Environment
Respectful treatment: Ensure that all interactions with children, including Students, are conducted with respect and consideration. All children should be treated with dignity and kindness.
Safe learning spaces: Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Address any issues related to safety or well-being promptly and effectively.
Educational engagement
Active participation: Encourage and support the active engagement of Students in their educational activities. Foster a positive attitude towards learning and personal growth.
Academic integrity: Promote honesty and integrity in all academic endeavors. Avoid any actions that could be perceived as cheating or dishonesty.
Parental communication
Transparent communication: Maintain clear and open communication with parents or guardians regarding the educational progress and well-being of their children. Share relevant information and updates in a timely manner.
Feedback and collaboration: Welcome feedback from parents and work collaboratively to address any concerns or issues related to the child’s education and experience.
Behavior expectations
Positive behavior: Encourage positive behavior and social interactions among children, including Students. Address any disruptive or inappropriate behavior with sensitivity and fairness.
Discipline and guidance: Implement fair and consistent disciplinary measures if necessary, ensuring that they are appropriate to the situation and communicated clearly to all involved parties.
Inclusivity
Diverse needs: Recognize and accommodate the diverse needs of all Students. Provide support and resources to help each child succeed in their educational journey.
Cultural sensitivity: Respect and value cultural differences and individual backgrounds. Create an environment where all Students feel included and valued.
Compliance
Adherence to policies: Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and Adriata policies. This includes complying with the specific rules and guidelines set forth by Partner Schools.
Safety and security: Respect all safety protocols and guidelines established by Adriata and our Partner Schools. Report any safety or security concerns immediately.
Responsibility
Use of services: Utilize Adriata’s services and resources responsibly and only for their intended purposes. Misuse or abuse of services is prohibited.
Respect for property: Respect the property and facilities of Adriata and our Partner Schools. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately and may result in financial liability.
Confidentiality
Privacy: Respect the confidentiality of information shared by Adriata, Partner Schools, and other Clients. Do not disclose or use confidential information for personal gain or unauthorized purposes.
Conflict resolution
Addressing Issues: Address conflicts or issues in a constructive and respectful manner. Utilize Adriata’s designated channels for resolving disputes or concerns.
Cooperation: Cooperate fully with any investigations or resolutions regarding violations of this Code of Conduct.
Compliance and enforcement
Adherence: All Clients, Students, and Partner Schools are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in corrective actions, including but not limited to suspension or termination of services.
Reporting violations: Report any violations of this Code of Conduct to Adriata’s support team. All reports will be reviewed confidentially and addressed appropriately.
Modifications
Updates: Adriata reserves the right to update or modify this Code of Conduct at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Adriata platform, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Code.
